• Summary of Ministry: Evangelism through English education, youth ministry, and training leaders.

• Bio: Shu was born in Tokyo and graduated from Chuo University in Japan with a major in French literature. After working for companies in Tokyo, he and his wife moved to Okinawa in 2003, where he taught Japanese at Okinawa Christian School International (OCSI) for five years. Currently, he runs a private cram school and develops effective ESL methods for teachers and students. He earned his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Union University (Tennessee, USA) in 2018. He has been affiliated with Charis Japan since 1992.
