Part-time Administrative and Communications Assistant
About the Role: Are you a organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting a faith-based organization? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to provide administrative and communications support to our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our mission and work closely with our International and Strategic Initiative Coordinators.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, record-keeping, and event planning.
Manage social media, WhatsApp groups, and other digital communication platforms. (Multilingual skills in English, Spanish, and French a plus!)
Maintain accurate records and key documents.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared commitment.
Qualifications:
Proven administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish and/or French a strong plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to the values and vision of the Charis Alliance and The Grace Trust.
Compensation: Competitive compensation will be provided. While this is a contractor role, The Charis Alliance will reimburse approved expenses for professional training and other work-related costs.
