• Summary of Ministry: Military chaplain, Charis Alliance church-planter

• Bio: Oliver was born in the Canadian province of British Columbia, but spent half of his childhood years in Alberta. He met his wife in 1997 and soon after started raising a family of six sons. After being discipled by a Charis church planter, Oliver and his family helped plant two Charis churches in Canada. He joined the military part-time in 2015, and in 2019 moved into full-time military chaplaincy with the Canadian Armed Forces.
