• Summary of Ministry: Executive Director of CIDEL (Centre International for the Development of Ethical Leadership); Director of the Center of Ethics at the University of Bangui

• Bio: Born in a Christian family, Hibaile grew up with opportunities to serve in a number of leadership roles. After graduating from Theological Seminary, he then served as president of the Grace Brethren Bible Schools. He also served as a police chaplain for 17 years, where he noticed a need for leaders to be trained in ethics. He then founded CIDEL where he trains leaders to be people of integrity. He is married to Marie Helene, and together they have eight children and 11 grandchildren. He and his wife have been the best man and maid of honor to 50 couples, and they love to help people grow spiritually and mature in their faith.
