• Summary of Ministry: Grace Center disciples young people by providing student housing and community classes

• Bio: Chhay was born in the early 1970s as Cambodia fell under communist regime, forcing his family to flee when he was seven. As they faced starvation, Chhay got so sick he almost died. After the danger passed, Chhay moved back at age 21 and accepted Christ shortly after. He met his wife because of a baptism ceremony and they now have two children. Chhay graduated from a Bible training school and started spreading the Gospel throughout Southeast Cambodia, but people’s hearts were closed to the Gospel. After realizing young people were more open, he started Grace Center, where he still disciples many young people while offering them affordable housing.
